This place is awful after being referred to Mr Lockhart by my family in the summer of 2014 I set down with James and was advised what records I needed to keep for my wife's newly open salon,we were given very vague information and was told to not come in till the end of the year unless we had a substantial income.Here we are time to do taxes obviously I had no substantial income so I called to get some info on setting up a time to do my taxes and had some basic questions about what was considered a loss and if my income mattered in paying utilities at her salon so I could get my ducks in a roll before coming and out of nowhere this James guy jumps on the phone and tells me that he's not doing my taxes and that I'm untruthful etc. He was very rude and I'm a 100% disabled veteran and have served my country and always payed my taxes honestly.I would never misrepresent anything but know that you have to file taxes in a complicated manner sometimes to get a good refund and I need advice with the various loopholes and such not asking to break rules or laws.So this place is a joke and shouldn't be allowed to operate in such a manner.I would definitely recommend going somewhere else
