a great place to live. its quiet and almost everyone is working. the manager is a great lady too. as long as you don,t have no move- ins , drug / alcohol addiction. and able to pay rent. it will be a great place to live. good luck to you.

Landlord is great the owners are not. The owners will not allow maintenance to actually fix anything but rather opting to patch everything. Have had an ongoing roach problem for a year and a half. The cable is so poor in the building it is hardly worth renting it from Cox which is the only choice. The grass is seldom mowed and parking is always a problem. Other then that the rent is cheep but it sets right next to the hwy most of the time the traffic noise is to unbearable to sit outside and enjoy the company of the great neighbors. To bad the owner who preaches at the River of Life church and owns several businesses in town wants to turn the place into a slum with the poor upkeep.
