Absolutely top service. I requested service on Monday morning at 7:30 and my repair was completed at 9:30. The technician, Brad, did a great job and my AC is working like new. Brad was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Considering the quick response and quality of service I feel the price was more than fair. I highly recommend Tom's AC and will be a customer in the future.

I called this a/c company on the Friday afternoon before Labor Day. It was around one o'clock and we were having ran and storms. I was delighted when Wayne the service technician arrived around five. He was very friendly and professional. He immediately checked out the unit and thermostat and diagnosed my problem quickly. He had the air running in a matter of minutes. He recommended replacing a part that was possibly close to breaking down and I took his recommendation. He replaced the part, cleaned up all papers. Wayne was delightful and I felt like he was concerned about our well-being since it was Labor Day Weekend. The cost of this repair was very reasonable and I have their business card on my bulletin board for future reference. I will definitely use if I have a need! Thanks Wayne!
