This place allowed my son to become "Grossly Malnourished, dehydrated to the point of near kidney failure, double pneumonia, lung infection, septicemia, and filthy to the point that when he was rushed to the ER where he flat lined 3 hours after arrival and they revived him that they has to scrub him for 2.5hrs to get the contacts to stick to him. He's had a number of baths and still the so not have him clean. His own mother was put into the position as his care giver and failed. Endeavor never made sure she was doing her job or tending to his needs, but managed to collect a check on him for his care. Care which he wasn't getting. This has been reported many times over the years but no one cares enough to follow up and check. The system is flawed.
