I have interacted with both Charleen and Ms. Claudia every single time I have dropped off and picked up my son from this daycare center and I couldn't ask for a better experience. I was apprehensive about taking him here at first due to the reviews that I had read, but my son gets excited every morning that I tell him we are going to daycare and I think that says more about how great this daycare is than anything else. I would recommend this daycare to anyone because I couldn't ask for my son to have a better experience every day he is there.

This used to be a decent daycare. Notice most of the reviews are older. I personally have witnessed mistreatment and have since pulled my child. I ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!! The owner is ridiculous and seems to thing because she is an owner of a business she can treat people (parents and children) disrespectfully.

The reason I took my son to this daycare was because of family, I loved the idea of taking him to people that I knew! Charleen (the owner) decided to show up 5 months later and didn't bother to introduce herself. Charleen is not a nice person, I would not recommend this daycare to anyone! I have heard lots of stories where Charleen doesn't handle boys very well. She is very unpleasant, to parents, children, and also her own staff! She has employees there who are not certified! This is a place where you are supposed to have trust with who is watching your children. I do not! I pulled my son out because Charleen doesn't know how to run a daycare, or how to keep staff! Please do not waste your time looking into this daycare.

I love Charleen's. My daughter loves going everyday. Ms. Claudia, Ms. Charleen and Nancy are the best. They are attentive and focused on your childs needs. I love them.

We started taking our son to Charleens Daycare center when he was 10 months old. After taking him to two others, one closed its doors and the other was the main branch to the one that closed. We stopped taking him there because it just wasn't convienient. He loves it at Charleens as well as the children and the teachers. Charleen is always there right in the mix with all the kids. The teachers work with the children everyday and they do send a report home as to what they did that day. They work on their alaphabet, counting, shapes, colors, social skills, manners and potty training. On a beautiful day they take the children outside to play and I think the kids are just fine with what they have outside. When holidays come around the kids alway have a party and the teachers always find something special for the kids to make for mom and dad. My son is 2 and attending 5 days aweek. If anything was to happen they call you right away which is great! Even if its not that serious. Charleens Daycare Center is a professional daycare with family values. I wouldn't want to take my child anywhere else.

The daycare providers love the children. They all interact with the children and love them. My older son goes there in the summer and sometime when he is with me to pick up his younger brother He wants to go in and say Hi to everyone and the children play so well with one another. I live in Wayne and I don't hesitate to drive to the day care. I Know when i leave my children they are cared for like they are there own.:) I went to many different daycares before choosing this one and I this was the best choice i have made. They truly love the children! I love Charleens daycare!!!!

My daughters and I are very happy with the attention and care given to each child. The building is open and the children are engaged all day.
