In reading the reviews, it seems it is a classic case of only bothering to post a review when there's a problem.

I have been ordering from this Mr. Pizza location for years. They are not only fast (average 8-10 minutes from call to pickup), but they have a HUGE variety of menu items and specialty pizzas.

This is by far my favorite local pizza. Honestly, in the 6 years that I have been a regular customer, I cannot think of one bad experience! The closest would be when I had a large family gathering and we all wanted pizza and salad. They missed one salad…even though it was a pickup order, they gladly delivered the missed salad to our front door minutes after calling.

I most certainly would recommend this Mr. Pizza location to anybody (I say this location since I've never ordered from any other). Great food, great service…I'm surprised anybody found anything to complain about and post on the Internet!

Unnecessarily rude and combative. If you're thinking of ordering from here, I hope it's not too late. The management is pitiful.

I called to order a large pizza and asked the person who took the order if I could get a large bacon pizza but with a couple of the slices just cheese. She informed me that she could only charge me for 1/2 bacon or all bacon. I said no problem, I will gladly pay for all bacon but just leave it off a couple of pieces (my daughter only eats cheese but won't eat more than a piece). After a lot of attitude, she said she would have to ring it up and then go to the back to tell them. Assuming they would make the simple request, I didn't tell my husband to check the pizza (a mistake in hindsight). When he arrived home, the pizza was half cheese and half bacon. I called to speak to a manager and Alexia came to the phone. She was extremely rude from the time she said hello. I explained my conversation with the person who took the order and which point she said: "She came back here and told me that she clearly explained to you we only take half or whole orders." I informed her that was not the case and she again rudely said "What do you want? Do you want me to make you another pizza?!" I said yes please...at which point she informed me it would be $9.53...UMM...REALLY? There are a dozen pizza places to choose from in a 2 mile radius, you can rest assured we will be choosing one of those next time!
