This review is to comment the excellent service provided to us during our recent claim by Car-Tech auto collision. I took my Mercedes CL 500 when someone backed into my car and destroyed the bumper and rim. Car-Tech's representatives' attention to detail and customer service far exceeds any other repair facility. Owner of auto body makes sure every aspect of your concern is revived with you and that you have a full understanding about what your car needs are. They did a wonderful job of repairing everything and matching the paint so perfectly that it is impossible to tell it was ever damaged. The work Car-Tech alone at the shop appears to be of the highest quality. We appreciate the prompt, courteous and professional attention we received from Car-Tech's representative. I would recommend Car-Tech to everyone.

I took my car to Car-Tech Auto Collision after a side collision. I left the car in the shop and their staff proposed a collision repair estimate and discussed it with the insurance company. After the estimate was approved by the insurance company they called and discussed the repair schedule with me. It was very helpful, because I needed the car for a certain period before they can take it for the repair. On the promised day they called and informed that the repair was complete. When I arrived at the shop I found that the repair was done not only within the approved schedule, but also very professionally. They replaced the required parts and did a very nice paint job. My car looks good and they exceed my expectations. They are very nice and friendly people, and would recommend them to my friends, family, and anyone who needs body or paint job for their car.
