I was happy with this job they did for me. They gave me a fair price considering all the pet stains I had. He worked hard it took longer than expected but I am happy he put so much effort into it. I appreciate it and I would use them again.

I had the worst odor coming from my carpet because of the water damage I never took care of. I told the dispatcher from Cleaning California Carpets my situation and she recommended getting it cleaned up quick because then mold would have built up and it would have been a bit more difficult to have taken the mold out and repairing the water damage. Glad I took her advice, they sent someone out that same day and now the odor hasn’t come back and the carpet looks better than I had ever imagined it could.

I was really happy with them!! I have spilled many things on my carpet and have been able to clean it off. One day I spilled cranberry juice on my carpet and the more I tried to clean it, the worse it was looking! I knew it wasn’t going to come off and it looked really bad because it was in the middle of my living room. I called Cleaning California Carpets to get a quote and the price was too good to be true! I thought they were going to have hidden fees but I was wrong. When they were done with the carpet, which looked amazing by the way, they charged me the same exact price they quoted!

I needed a cleaning company would schedule me the same day I called. Did you know that it's very difficult to schedule a same day appointment with so many companies, adn without extra charges? Cleaning California Carpets was the first company after speaking with so many others, that were willing for give me a same day appointment. They were very patient and understanding of my situation. Just wanted to thank them again and tell they are the best!
