Provided by YP.comI have been renting for 12 years, 8 different buildings....and this is by far the WORST EVER!!!
1. If you need any kind of maintenance done, you will wait around 2 to 3 months to get it fixed and you have to keep leaving notes and messages to the apartment manager who after 5 notes still does nothing, till i have to keep nocking at her door and tell her 2 to 3 more times....and 3 months later it's done...
2. The parking space is smaller then the compact spaces...My car is full of dents and scratches and of course no one left a note and they obviously lie saying they didn't scratch it. When i talked to the apartment manager she simply said that's none of my business you need to talk to whoever hit you...Now i just park on the street since it's safer then the parking lot....
3. The apartment is very small and overpriced, there are at least two building right next to this one that have bigger units for lower price....
3. Don't be fooled by the apartment manager, who seems very nice at first but is very FAKE. Something was missing when i sign the lease and she said it would be there by the time i moved in, and other things that were old would have been replaced...That never happened, and when i ask her she denied ever agreeing to do that...always always get things in writing.....doesn't matter how harmless a person can seem.....
I can't wait for my lease to be over and move out of this dump!!! I am not the type who lives reviews unless i had a horrible experience like in this case....

Provided by YP.comI moved in IN SEPTEMBER, the oven wasn't working and didn’t get fixed until November. Next the man from the gas company told me that I couldnt use the heat because the box was sooted and could be dangerous. I told the manager and she sent a random handyman to come and look at it and vacuum it. I still didn't feel safe using it as they never did what the gas company told them to do. Then it was the toilet leaking. Then the bathroom sink started leaking and continued to leak for months and no one came back to fix the sink until the floor was flooded in AUGUST. Next was my fridge that came with the unit that died in February. I told the manager who told me to put my food in a fridge in another apartment and kept saying it needs to be thawed and she would send someone over. Mr. miscellaneous handyman showed up. He came back 3 times and the fridge continued to not work. She finally ordered us a new fridge IN JUNE. February-June we didn't have a functioning refrigerator and our food spoiled 3 times! I didnt know what my options were with leaving or breaking my lease because THE MANAGER REFUSED TO GIVE ME A COPY OF MY LEASE. I asked her 13 times for a copy of my lease and she would either ignore it, tell me to come get it and not answer the door, or gaslight saying she gave it to me. To this day, I still have no reference to look at to compare to the mid-lease changes that took place. An extra monthly fee came out of nowhere and a letter saying we were now responsible for our own plumbing issues and the multiple changes to who our rent checks were going to. Unfortunately, that's not all.. at the beginning of August, our A/C died AND there was a gas leak. Neither was fixed by the time my lease ended. You will get no peace here and the landlord will try to make you think you're crazy when you complain about anything and talk to you in a passive aggressive tone. Avoid this place at all costs unless you have no standards whatsoever.
