I went to see the studio on 6/22 & fell in love with it. It was a great deal for $950 with utilities included. I applied & was approved the same day. The manager, told me that I had until 5pm the next day to turn in my security deposit. When I came in 6/23, I tried to do everything I should have the 1st time, run the water, check the cabinets, doors etc. No more than 5 minutes in, the manager, asks is there a problem. I explained to him, it was a big decision for me and I just wanted to check everything out. He snaps back, "well I have things to do, what is the problem..." From this point it all went down hill. He said a lot of other things, the fact is, the man is rude! My very 1st conversation w/ him, he came off abrasive. I thought maybe it was something that wouldn't be that big of a deal. But based on the reviews of this place on other sites, the manager was the top complaint. They were all negative about him. It sucks because the apt is nice but not worth dealing w/ the manager.

This apartment has everything such as a pool, spa, a couple of huge yards, a little chat room and a place to cool out, a driveway, a bunch of extra parking, and a whole lot more. This place rock's!
