If I could give this place a zero I would.. There are flies all over the bread, who knows what else is there. I can't stop bragging about finding a fly on my food but it was disgusting, I almost ate it. Bad thing is that I noticed it right on the last bite.

Overalll their service is great and they have great tasting food. My review is based on todays experience! My husband placed an order of fried platanos. He was told that the platanos were not riped and were not too good, but that he was given the option to still get them. They had them ready to sell. My husband still got them, since he wasn't able to get a hold of me. He's not Salvadorean, and doesn't eat fried platanos, so when I did, I was so upset at the taste. I later called the restaurant to complaint and the lady quickly told me she knew they weren't good, but that my husband was given the option to still buy these. I told her that I was just calling to comment and that I was told by my husband that he was given the option. I just didn't agree that as a manager or owner you would put out food that's not ready and doesn't have a great taste. The customer should never be given the option to buy food that is not consistent to great taste and quality. You should be consistent with offering your customer great food 100% of the time and if you can't meet this expectation than you should NOT offer this food! The lady said something about buying a calling card, which made me upset as I didn't understand her comparison to buying the food? Food is what you eat and it goes in your body? Still don't get her point about buying a calling card and being given the option to buy a good one or bad one???? The lady said it was hard to make me understand her point. It was hard for her to understand my point, YOU SHOULD NEVER BE GIVEN THE OPTION TO BUY BAD TASTING FOOD OR FOOD THAT IT'S NOT READY? I told her that I was just calling to better her business, we are in a tough economy and your service and food must be outstanding at all times, so you may continue to have returning customers! I don't think we will be returning here and it's unfortunate, because we were frequent customers and my kids loved their cheese pupusas. She ended up offering an EXCHANGE for a different food, but at this point I don't even feel comfortable walking in there, she just didn't get my point. I wasn't going to write this review, but maybe doing so will help their business be consistent with the product they sell! The lady who took the call should have just said sorry for the service, food, come again and we"ll offer you a refund or money and we won't serve these today. She didn't offer anything until the end and when I mentioned having access to write a review under yellowpages.com and she was very hesistant to give me her name. I don't want to get anyone in trouble!!!! They are great overall!
