As a new business owner overwhelmed with everything needed to open the doors, Package Data was the best call I made. The customer service rep was patient with me asking every question under the sun. She guided me in the most cost effective printers for thousands of pages. Taxes involve a lot of paper and printing. Gave me the chance to focus on everything else. Had my order the next day. My business has had a long standing account with Package Data Services. Our transactions have always been smooth, and I have never had any reason to complain, but what really inspired me to come online and put the good word out for Package Data, was when we recently upgraded our printers. We had been using the old model printer for, what, six years? And when we swapped them out for the new model, I had no idea what supplies to order, let alone how to install them into the machines. I made a call to Package Data, and within ten minutes, all my questions were answered, and I had placed an order. It arrived quickly, it was installed without a problem. Highly recommended service. A+
