I used to go many times(actually not many, but when it is necessary).
The owner couples are very kind and try to make the best prices which is much below than what I expected.
Some times they didn't charge at all for the gluing the torn off body parts.

I made an appointment a week and a half in advance. I get there and the girl tells me he's not in, but that he'll be back soon. 25 minutes later a different guy comes over and we both go outside and he's busy giving his lunch order to take the pictures. He takes them and says ok thanks. I don't hear from them so I call and the guy is still not available. 2 weeks later I call the insurance to get the estimate from them. If you are in the area try the place on Beverly and Fairfax. Its just a block west on Beverly.
