Great and effective service in general. Called Rooter Guard as our toilet was clogged as well as the shower. They came around 4 pm the same day.

The technician fixed my sink drain that was clogged. He checked my shower too. We are still working on water leak from hot water pipe. Hopefully tomorrow it will be fixed too. Waiting good results tomorrow. Happy to have everything finally fixed at home over the weekends as many rooter services are not able to send technicians over the weekends since most of them are busy.

Great company with great customer service! When I first called Rooter Guard a very nice lady named Elisa answered the phone. she made sure I understood everything. She took her time to explain what the problem was and what needed to be done. Then she promised to send one of their best technicians over to my place. After half an hour a very nice guy Lewis arrived to my place, he could also speak Spanish, that was really nice cause my husband is Hispanic. He got the job finished quickly and no hassle.
He replaced my leaky bathroom faucet. Giving you 5 stars for it guys.

This is my second review for Rooter guard plumbing. they are not kidding when they say Rooter guard .Ed was out here within the hour fixed my emergency plumbing problem at a great price . He was very nice it was late at night no extra charge . THANK YOU ED and ROOTER GUARD

I called Rooter Guard to clean my lines running from the house to the main drain after we discovered a sewage back up in the basement. They scheduled a timely appointment and let me know when to expect the technician to arrive. The technician was friendly and efficient. He worked diligently at the task, addressed me in a very respectful manner and offered advise on how to better manage my drains in the future to lessen the chance of additional service calls. I was able to use an online coupon that I received through the Rooter Guard email program which reduced the cost to me. I was also provided a 6 month guarantee of the work which I believe was an great added value. I hope I don't need to - but should it become necessary I would call Rooter Guard again.

Rooter Guard was a great company to have come into the house. Their same day service was amazing and they come with all the parts needed to finish the job on the first visit. The gentleman whom came to the house was very nice, professional and quick. He explained what needed to be done so that even a novice like me could understand. What a great experience and I will be using them for any plumbing needs I ever have.

Rooter Guard, once again came to my aid when my main line ceased working. I called and had a four hour window, the dispatch called me within 30 minutes to let me know he would be on his way in 60 minutes. Very prompt service for a Sunday evening. Removed my toilet, had a camera down looking for the issue, then brought in the snake and got our mainline all spiffy clean and our water running again. Thanks Rooter Guard!!!

One day our toilet stopped flushing. I tried plunging it and nasty sewer water started backing up into the shower. I immidiately called the plumber who was more interested in charging us more then fixing the problem. I checked around and i was given a referral to Rooter Guard. I had then called them to come check out the problem. JC the plumber from Rooter Guard came over and took care of the problem right away! I love the way they came on time and I will definitely recommend them to everyone. Thank you again Rooter Guard!

Love this company! Very kind and understanding with there work. Had a plumbing problem at my work place and had them come to fix it. They came and took care of it all and had a reasonable cost. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

I have been useing Rooter Guard for over 3 years now after i had a lot of problems with a different plumbing company. Unlike other plumbing companies Rooter Guard is very good at what they do and good at being on time. I had several plumbing issues at my house and they have fixed them all the 1st time. Very happy with there work and very highly recommended! Thanx again Rooter Guard.

it is completely frustrating when you re having a great weekend and a kitchen sink clog out of no where, threatens to ruin it. You immediately begin to dread the mess, the smell ,the cost of fixing it .Not to mention the pain of finding a plumber to come to you house on a Saturday evening, and their after hours/emergency rates. Rooter Guard saved the day. They listened to our issue, told us most likely solutions and how much each would cost. No additional after hours charges. Ed arrived in 30 minutes and determined very quickly he could clear the clog with the less expensive option .He was completely professional. We highly recommend Rooter Guard , and will be calling them again if we need our day saved from a plumbing issue again. THANK YOU ROOTER GUARD.

I had Rooter Guard come out to fix my toilet which was wasting a lot of water (it kept on running water when it shouldn't). The techs were in and out within 2 hours and I was surprised at how clean they left the bathroom. I also referred them to a friend of my and she was happy with their work too. Thanks guys!
