Scams

Well this is my experience with Rydell, this happened to me about a year ago and I decided to write about it today because I was surfing the net and i happened to run into a dealer scams site. I should first start by saying that previous to this expercience I had purchased a truck from Rydell two years prior to this, but at the Devonshire location and I had a good experience with that witch is why I decided to come back to Rydell. But this time I went to Rydell because the truck I had before got stollen and then totalled out by the insurance company after being recovered. So after that I was interested in the 2007 Avalnche so I went to Rydell looked around and then came back a week later with my financial advisor (my mom) because I'm still young only 21 at the time. So I originally I wanted the black one, but then after telling me that they did not have any in that color in the model I wanted I started looking at the blue one part salesman part moms fault. So we started doing the paper work on the blue one and after about 2 hours of them trying to push a high APR on me and me and my mom threating to walk out, and them saying wait let me talk to the higher and higher manager (witch I think is to be expected at any dealer, witch is BS in my opinion) so finally they threw a good deal on the table any I signed all the paper work took the car home, even tho I was not passionate about the color I still loved the car. So a week and a half later Rydell calls me saying we reduced your payment but it was because they streched the term, but they increased the APR AND the out of door price. So I ended up taking the vehicle back and they tried to threatened that if i put more than 500 miles on the car it would not be considered "NEW" and I would have to pay. So when I took the car back it was like 5minutes before they closed and there was a different shift working there I guess, but they were pissed and their customer service skills went out the window and they basically threw the release papers at me!! So I called another dealership where I had test drove the car before and asked them what the lowest out of door price they could give me and they told me a price even lower than my original deal with Rydell and it was at a lower APR than Rydells original deal witch made me so happy (and it was the black one :) ), I am not going to mention the dealer on here because I don't want it to seem like this post is simply to advertise, but if you want to know I will be happy to recommend them just E-Mail me at Camilodish@yahoo.com, Also If Rydell reads this just guys can E-Mail me also to apolligize. Sorry this post is so long, but I feel when it comes to buying a car its worth reading something like this to make the right decision on who you give your money to. Also when I was signing the papers I noticed there was a difference between the 2 dealers, and that was that when I signed the papers at Rydell they made me sign a paper that was strictly dedicated to the "subject to clause" witch is what they used to try to Scam me, and the other dealer did not, but both had it in the other regular contract. Avoid these scammers and call several dealers before making up your mind on witch one you are going to use. Thanks for reading good luck.
