Everything about this company is fantastic. They were honest, communicated well, stuck by their word, and got the job done when others made excuses and could not resolve our issues (bent roll up garage door). They were fairly priced and most importantly, Amir and Shawn were a pleasure to work with! Thank you a million times!!!

Several weeks ago, I found a magnet on my front gate from US Garage Doors and Gates Group. I had a feeling the magnet would come in handy so I stuck it on my refrigerator for future reference. This turned out to be a great decision.

Last Friday, my pool guy was backing out of my driveway and one of the poles in the back of his truck somehow got stuck in my electric front gate, derailing the gate in the process.

Fortunately, I remembered the refrigerator magnet, so I calmly went to my refrigerator and grabbed it, and dialed the phone number. I spoke with Sean who told me he would be at my house shortly.

Twenty minutes later (around 2pm), Sean was standing on my driveway. He explained to me exactly what the job would entail and he gave me a fair price. He emailed me an itemized estimate on the spot. We scheduled an appointment to do the work on Sunday morning with an arrival window of between 8-10am.

On Sunday, Sean arrived right on time with a partner and they proceeded to weld the the broken wheel and reset the gate. They also replaced the chain (that had seen better days) and performed a tuneup. Within two hours they had my gate working perfectly.

Sean’s communication is expert. The work was excellent and the entire experience was a pleasure. I was so happy that as we were discussing how to handle routine maintenance for the future, Sean happened to mention that they also work on fences. As fate would have it, I also needed some fencing to be repaired. Today is Thursday and Sean’s crew just left having completed their work on my fence.

Got a very fast response and a good estimate after describing to them that our garage door could only be closed if we held down the bottom. They got my business knowing how professional, knowledgeable and how easy they are to work with. Very pleased with the word of honor and service they offered. Would not hesitate contacting them again.
