Provided by YP.comI requested the quote for a truck and trailer coverage. I accepted the proposal for Liability, Physical damage, cargo and refer breakdown on July 16 and also paid the down payment in order to to get the process started. To pickup the leased vehicles I needed the certificate of insurance. On July 23, I was told that the underwriters are taking long time so they will send my the liability certificate and I can used that to pick up the vehicles. Since I had good relations with the owners of the truck and trailer they let me pick up the units on the promise that I will provide them with physical damage coverage in 1 week as per contract. Today is August 10, I am still waiting for the Physical damage Insurance certificate. The owner has already taken his trailer back as i was not able to provide him the proof of physical damage insurance and will take back his truck also in 2 days. I am so stressed out. I am losing so much money. without trailer the trucks cant move and I am still paying the lease.

Provided by YP.comBought a new car, was looking for full coverage insurance at the cheapest price, I trusted them and they gave me their "best find." I accepted this because I thought prices wouldn't vary greatly just because of a different broker. WRONG. I found something else that would save me HUNDREDS of dollars a year, they ask minimal questions and do not attempt to get you the BEST deal. I would never recommend doing business with them. Go with AIS, their specialists for a good reason.
I would like to make comment to this post by saying first of all there is no such thing as full coverage in the insurance industry as I explain to all of my insured’s. I always let them know there is Liability, Uninsured motorist comprehensive/collision and of course comes the med pay rental car and some other coverage’s as well. When determining if you are paying the best rate it is important for you to compare the price apples to apples and not pears to apples. Ais are brokers just we are and we all work with the same companies and have the same rates. The only way that the rates will be different is if you are not getting the same amount of coverage such as you may be calling an insurance brokerage and telling them you want full coverage and the only thing you might get is liability and comprehensive/collision but no uninsured motorist or the other coverage’s and that may be considered to be full coverage since it covers you and the other party. I do not want to go into more details but wanted to respond to this review and explain why there will be difference in the price if you are buying coverage from a broker. Also some brokerages do give a marriage discount to not married people give some other discounts that are not provable and at the time of a loss when the insurance company asks prove from the insured and you do not provide it your claim will be denied and you should be careful. Also if this post is from a real client I believe there would be a name and they would not mention or advertise for any other brokerages.
