He did it, replaced a missing cable connection.

Friendly, and reasonable.

The only reason it is one star is because you have to rate it at some level however I believe it deserves nothing. I called to inquiry about a possible repair or replacement of a tv screen. I explained the situation and he replied NO, so I asked if they just don't repair this type of TV's or they don't do this type of jobs and he replied NO, I went further on to ask if the screen can be replaced and he said NO. I asked if he knew of a place that did and he said NO. Not sure if that is the only word he knows or he is just not interested in my business.

I recently had a problem with my big screen TV and it's the only thing my elderly Mom has to pass the day as she has been ill. I didn't know who to call. I knew I didn't want to use the "big Stores" as I have been taken by them before. I called Val --he was local and had a good review. He was amazing. He is a kind gentleman that knows his trade. He told me what was wrong and that he could fix it and have it back to me the next day. The TV is working better than ever. I will use Val again and will tell all my freinds to use him as well.

I have an off-brand LCD TV that is difficult to get parts for. I called Val and he told me he couldn't get the parts needed to fix my TV. I was pleasantly surprised when he called me the next day to tell me he had found someone else in my neighborhood that could get the needed parts and do the work. My TV was fixed and works great now. I am disappointed that I didn't actually get to do business with Val. I hope I can pay him back with this review in that it may get the news out about how he can be trusted and will bring some business to him.
