THIS APARTMENT BUILDING IS FULL OF ROACHES! i have personally tried everything possible to get rid of them, and they just keep on coming back. MANAGEMENT is RUDE, bad-mannered, ignorant, and completely disrespectful, first of all she acts as if she is the owner of the building, and whenever i need help with something in my unit, she never sends maintenance, she IGNORES everything. the stairs here are really dirty and they smell DISGUSTING!!!! they never clean them.. the laundry room is also very dirty. the OWNER should definitely take a better look at his building and the people he is hiring as managers, because this time he picked the WORST manager possible. i have lived here 4 years and its been 1 year since the NEW manager has worked here, its also the amount of time I've been waiting for their staff to come and fix my things.

Great apartments... live in Walnut Glen Patio Apartments for more then a year, great management team, nice apartments and the pool is great. the location is one of the best in Van Nuys.

I have finally found a nice apartment with a great location in Van Nuys.

The owner is very nice. I am very happy with the building, it is very clean, apartments are beautiful, the landscape is nice, and a very beautiful pool.

I am living here now for 6 months and I must say I am very happy.

The place is pleasant and very quiet, and the staff takes great care for everybody.

I recommend this building.

I live in to Walnut Glen Patio Apartments in Van Nuys 4 years and I’m happy there. The apartments are very nice and well maintained and the location is really amazing. The owner and the managing staff are really great and they assist with any request. The pool is beautiful and great and the building is very clean and nice. The apartments are big and in a very good condition.

Hires cheap undoc workers mainly.
