I very rarely eat fast food, but when I do, I love going to Wendy's for the chili and baked potato, it's always great! Unfortunately, there aren't too many Wendy's around here (WHY?!), so I had to drive all the way to this location.
I got the food as requested, but the lady never gave me back change. When she was about to close the window I said politely "I didn't get change back". She looked at me with an irritated face and gave me my change then closed the window. She did not even apologize!
I wasn't too happy about her reaction. Next time I will try another location.

At approximately 3.30 today, 4-30-2011, I went to Wendy's to order the new fries and get a hamburger. I order the fries and hamburger at the drive up window, and then I realized I could get a combo for the same price. I asked the server could she change it to a combo, she gave me a dirty look as though I really made her mad. I said, that's ok, and I drove off. I decided to write this review so that the management would be aware of the bad attitude of the person,a girl, at the window. If she treats other customers like that I am sure your bottom line profit is alreay low but I assure you the longer she acts like that, it will plummet lower.
