I bought a ticket through you agency with Giovanna Castro. That was the worst mistake ever. I encountered a serious emergency (Brain Surgery), I try to contact Giovanna and it seemed like a magic act, she disappeared . I have try to contact her on several occasions but she was always out of the office; I left several messages and she never return my calls. Because I was unable to contact her I missed my fly and consequently I lost my ticket because the airlines request for me to contact the travel agency that I bought the ticket from. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TRAVEL AGENCY.
