Have have dark hair w/blond highlights. I used a different salon this time because my hairdresser only comes to town every 2 months and I missed her last time. I warned the girl doing my color that my hair with the blond highlights is very fragile and to be careful with the color. I assumed she would then know to do the roots first - let that sit - and then add bleach to the rest of the strands just for a few minutes to touch up the color. She put the bleach through all my highlights at the same time and then set me under the hair dryer for 30min. Fried - absolutely fried my hair.On a positive note - the other girl who cut my hair did a great job.

If you are looking for a fantastic, affordable, clean, and modern salon in Vancouver, I highly recommend 22 Changes off of Mill Plain and Chkalov. I just donated nearly a foot of my hair to locks for love. I’m so glad I finally had long enough hair to do this. Lydia was my stylist and she was awesome! She really took her time and explained different ways I could style my new do. This is one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had. The other stylists looked like they where doing a great job too.

If you mention I (Harmony Fenne) recommended them, they will give you $20 off of your haircut, making it cheaper than the crumby chain shops. A great haircut at a reasonable price; you can’t beat that!

I had just moved and was scared to trust someone new. Kara did my cut and color and it was better than my old hairdresser. Crystal had to cut it once and it was just as good. If I move to Portland I will still come back to get my hair done. Pedi and massage was good too. Heather S.
