Tiller repair gone bad

I brought my tiller to A-Plus in the fall because the tangs would not stay engaged. They repaired for $400+. When I tried it this year it would not stay engaged. They said sorry over 30 days.. Not happy with their customer service... taking my tiller to another shop.

Repair Service

I took my backpack blower to them for repair on Dec 17, 2014. It is now March 16, 2015 and it still isn't fixed. I went to their place of business and complained why it was taking so long. They said they had to order parts from Husqvarna and they didn't make the parts. I told them 3 months was totally unreasonable it getting it fixed. The owner got mad, told his assistant to pull all the parts they had put on my blower and to give it back to me in pieces. So that what they did.

Don't take anything to this business.

Took John Deere mower in to fix striped steering gear, told I would receive call in 14 days with cost. I called after 30 days and was told I was up next and would call back next day. Did not call, I called back 3 days later and got there estimate, I said fix it. Three days later they call me with estimate, then I tell them I already received it and it should be ready . He said he forgot he called and will order parts now. At 47 days they call and say it is done, I say I will be in in morning it get it. Get to there store,pay for work and load up mower,when I see they didn't put back the dash back right. Unloaded mower and went back in store,told them the problem. One of the employes said he will fix it in a hour please come back. I gave them two hours and I received a call saying it is done. Got there loaded it up and they fixed one side of dash but the brake lever was installed wrong. I went back in to tell them it is still broke,and the man that said he would fix it went off, saying he spent his time fixing it and I should be happy with it. I left before things get heated and tell them I will fix it my self. Get home to mow and clutch won't in gauge, take a look at it and some how they put it on wrong. Take your stuff any where but here.

Cost Of Repair Rating for this place - 10

I took my Honda lawn mower it to get reparid," I ask first" what it would cost to be fixed, They said $70 to $80 plus tax and 4 to 5 days, 3 weeks later after stoping in 3 or 4 times, Its ready $ 230 NO... you told me $70 or $ 80, I don't know who told you that. I said You did. After talking to the owner same old BS... I told him to keep the F N thing... Every tim some one say's lawn mower I tell them Where NOT TO GO :)

Worst customer service in Clark County

Took my pressure washer to A Plus as it was under warranty and the manufacturer told me to take it in. Was told it would take about 2 weeks to fix. After hearing nothing for 3 weeks I called on Saturday morning to check the status. The person answering the phone took abour 5 minutes of searching around he said he couldn't find anything on it and would call me back. After not hearing from him all day I called back around 4. He said he was busy and didn't have time for me to which I replied I just needed to know if they had done anything yet. He said "you're a f-ing a-hole" and hung up on me. I was dumbstruck. So I called Monday morning and spoke with whomever answered the phone and asked if I could speak to the manager or owner. They told me he wasn't in and would call me back. They never did so I called back that afternoon. The person said he was the manager, so I explained what had happened on Saturday and the guy said "so what do you want me to do about it?" I just said never mind as this was probably the guy who I had dealt with on Saturday. About a week went by and I decided to go there in person to check on my machine. I was told at the counter that they had the part and would be fixing the machine in the next day or 2. I told this person also about my treatment to his total disinterest. I recieved a call 2 weeks later and was told my machine was done but they couldn't release it to me until the manufacturer made payment. I said since they had recieved authorization from them and were shipped the part that they just needed to give me my machine. They flatly refused. The following day I phoned the manufacturer and spoke with the rep and explained this treatment and they were shocked that this would happen and said the payment was already sent. 4 days later I get a call that they recieved payment and I could pick up my machine. I went in to the counter and gave them my claim ticket. The guy looked in the computer and a stack of papers and said who was responsible for payment. I said it was a warranty issue. He slammed down my claim ticket and said why in the hell didn't I say that in the first place? I said I gave you my claim ticket, shouldn't that be enough? He stormed into the back room and wheeled out my machine. Set it in the middle of the store and said there it is prick. Wow. After this I have read about 20 negative reviews and not a single positive one. It is a mystery how this guy stays in business.
