you're on your own

a light flasing on my control panel, the instructions say to check systems, did that, front door signal lights up. I called sonitrol. they had never heard of that. said to go see if the sensor in the door was properly seated. How should I know? but I did, thought maybe it was dusty. Came back, they said try to set it. eventually it set, they said "good, good night". the next morning, it's beeping, the light is flashing. I had to leave. I have a phone message that evening, I have a battery failure and a power outage. I call back. First they couldn't figure out why I don't have a key (my system has no key.) then they told me the size battery. But how do I get into the unit? use your key. I don't have a key. well, just force it open. If I break it am I liable" yes. May I speak to your supervisor? I am the supervisor, call back on Monday. I have been a customer for ten years, This is the first time I've called. undoubtedly an ex-customer by now. Remember, if you have a problem, don't call theml
