Provided by YP.comThree and a half months and seven visits later my oven was still not working and deamed un-repairable by multiple Sears service technicians!
It took Steve one visit, 2 hours and $187 and it’s back in business!!! Thank you Steve, you’re my hero today. I bought this oven at Sears four years ago for $3700.

Provided by YP.comWe bought a speed Queen washer from Appliance Clinic. Shortly after had problems with wiring (some connections were loose, possibly from shipping?). The tech was timely, knowledgeable, and even fixed my spare washer for no charge! It was a quick fix for him but saved me lots of time! Definitely want to thank these guys!

Provided by YP.comAppliance Clinic was called to fix a problem of the water not spinning out. They charged me for a part that was not bad and we were told that that was the issue and the part would fix it. On the second visit, It was recommended that we use less soap than the 1/2 cup of HE soap I was already using and that I needed to add more clothes. I did everything they asked me to do and the same problem they were called to fix, was still an issue. I called them back because the problem was not fixed. Was told I would have to pay a third service call charge. Really? I have contacted the Better Business Bureau, and the manufacturer of the washer to let them know how their product is being serviced. I urge anyone that has had a problem with this company to do the same. I was charged for a part that was not bad, and then they wanted to charge me for a second service call to fix the initial problem I paid them $143.97 for. What good is a 90 day warranty if you don’t stand by the work you are providing a warranty for? Would never use them again. If you need service done , contact Appliance Care. They fixed my problem with my washer.
In response to Kathy'a concern with her Speed queen front load washer. Our technician found a "suds" lock that indicated that too much soap was being used. When Kathy contacted the Appliance Clinic we asked 3 times that she forward a copy of the receipt from the other service company for review. Kathy refused to send a copy of the service receipt. The BBB dismissed the case. In addition Kathy has failed to mention for "good will" she was refunded in full. The Appliance Clinic has been serving Clark County since 1955. We offer honest, professional repair service. We look forward to continue offering service to Clark County and North Portland.

The repair service counter has good employees. They quickly find parts from their part area. The last three times I have been there they have had the parts I needed in stock. The repair guys know a lot about fixing appliances and can give advice on what to check when trouble shooting.
