Audiology Clinic, Inc. is one of the first private practice audiology clinics in the State of Washington. It was founded in 1982 by Dr. Al Hicks and Nancy Bowen, M.S. and has provided clinical fellowships and internships for many audiology graduates and graduate students preparing to become private practice providers. In addition, Audiology Clinic has established strong working relationships with various civic and governmental organizations such as the Lions Club, Washington State School for the Blind, Washington Departments of Health, Vocational Rehabilitation and Labor & Industry, to name a few.
Since the beginning, Audiology Clinic has been committed to providing a full range of clinical, diagnostic and rehabilitative services for our patients from birth through the golden years. The desire to provide excellent hearing health care for even the very youngest motivated Nancy Bowen, M.S. to establish the Newborn Hearing Screening Program at Southwest Washington Medical Center, where she continues to serve as a consultant. Audiology Clinic is a provider of audiology and hearing technology services for patients on most private insurance plans, managed care organizations and Medicare, and has assisted the financially stressed and elderly in cooperation with the Lions Club and Medicaid. It was one of the first centers in this state to offer computer-programmable hearing aids in 1991 and remain a leader, dispensing a variety of state-of-the-art programmable and totally digital hearing instruments.
Today, Audiology Clinic, Inc. provides quality audiology and hearing technology services through two steadily growing clinics in Clark County, with the main office located near Southwest Washington Medical Center and the other located in Hazel Dell. Audiology Clinic accepts self-referred patients and patient friends and family referrals, as well as referrals from physicians, educators, rehabilitation professionals, insurance companies and other professional organizations and

I went in to see the doctors at Audiology Clinic. Even though I had a hearing aid from a salesman, they were kind and generous to me, and provided me with more services than I ever had at the salesman's store. I am also hearing better than I did with my original settings. I would not hesitate to recommend my friends and my family to see them. My son and 2 of my friends are already being helped by Audiology Clinic.
