The director, Erika Lasse, has cultivated a studio that is very healing, friendly and fun. The classes are very comfortable for both new students and seasoned yogis. The instructors truly wish to encourage each student to find their true athletic and personal potential without pressure, or comparison. VBY is totally my home away from home. Birkam yoga will change your life!
