We had never had a problem with here before but today was full of a rude assistant manager and a staff that just did not care. My husband wanted a drip coffe on ice and was told no because it changes the taste, wouldn't that be the customers choice? You go to Dutch or Starbucks they don't say no it changes the taste. They said he could have a americano (witch cost more) so he did not happy about it since he is counting calories asked for the manager's name and was refused the request by the assistant manager, he would of asked if she was not rude
