We replaced all the floors in our main living space using Cascade Flooring America. Jeff our sales consultant was friendly and easy to work with. There was an ordering problem, but he fixed it almost seemlessly. I wish I had known that our old baseboards would look terrible put back up. I didn't think about the fact the carpet was higher than the hard surfaces we put in, so the baseboards would be about 1/2" lower leaving and unpainted line around our entire house. I quickly was able to scramble and buy new boards which were installed, but I had less than an hour to decide to do this, buy the product and come up with the difference in cost. It added an unexpected $500 to the project. That being said, the floors and now new baseboards look amazing. The installation crew was very professional. They are also extremely fast workers. Chris was the project manager, but I mostly talked with Santiago on the install team. Like any home renovation project there are hiccups, but they were smoothed out professionally and I would recommend this company and team and use them again.
