My husband and I just purchased our second home. Chana was extremely helpful and always very prompt with returning our calls and emails. Chana is a fabulous realtor and we will use her again in our future endeavors. And we will definately send referrals her way.

Chana is the best. Buying my house was a several month long affair with lots of road bumps and wrenches, she stayed positive and helped things move forward. She took me on several weekends to see several houses each time and was able to figure out what I was looking for perfectly. Our last search she showed me a number of houses I liked and I had to sit down with the papers and figure out which houses I WASN'T going to buy. I would recommend Chana to absolutely anyone I know who is buying or selling a home. She really knows her stuff, and is always there to answer questions or explain something I didn't understand. I was a first time home buyer, and didn't know anything, but Chana was there for me every step of the way to explain everything in terms that the average joe could understand. She is so on top of things, she almost always responded to my e-mails within the hour. She kept me updated thoughout the whole home-buying experience and didn't get annoyed that I insisted she e-mail me every day with updates of what was going on. I didn't know what to expect in a realtor, but I feel Chana goes above and beyond the call of duty and I will never work with another realtor as long as she's around!
