The current manager as of 09/2018 is always looking for things wrong. I was a great tenant but management seemed to go out of their way to make life miserable for us. When we moved out we were late 1 day to turn in the keys and she informed me we would be paying for the whole month. I mean yes i agree to pay the day we were late, prorated but not a whole month. This company just wants excuses to never give back your deposit. My daughter had the same issue when she moved out. She even cleaned extensively and she ended up with no deposit either. Her apartment also had no damage like ours.
If you are thinking of renting from this place, think again please unless you want to throw away your money and also have poor management to deal with constantly.
