I have quit shopping here period...Seems like every time I go in I get some new guy that doesnt know anything and has to go get someone else to help them help me..I recently was helped by "ALEX" and man was I very disappointed when I found out this guy has been around for awhile. He literally could not tell me a spark plug gap for a 5.7 small block v8...He could barely look up an oil filter and overall his automotive knowledge was absolutely unacceptable..I was given several torque specs that were not even close and Im doubting if they were even for my engine..NEVER HEARD OF HEAD BOLTS BEING TORQUED TO 350ft/lbs? This was so far off that I took the info with a smile and went up the road to another store and got the correct info..This guy should be taken off the counter as if I didnt know better it would have caused damage to my vehicle..Makes me wonder how many people he has done this to resulting in damage caused to there vehicle!!!

Amazing, I have read reviews on many sites and it is the same thing those who have a great experience write a great review, those who don't write bad reviews and since they can get away with it they seem to over do it, kind of like how someone who is a coward on their feet get bold behind the wheel of a car. cost less get it done if you need a part and they dont have it they will have a day or to and if you order it in the evening it will be there the next day they have good customer skills and yes they get busy and there prices are good

this is really a great place honest people that giv great service.. they make sure you get what you need if they dont have it they will get it for you...oh and if there is no way they can get a part they are not selfish they will tell you where you can get it... they are really great and i will recomend them to anyone..
