In mid October we requested a service for our Viking dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer via Viking and they suggested Dan. I called them and Dan was able to come out the 9th of Nov. He was 1.5 hours late and he wasn't done within the timeframe we had setup. This isn't a big problem normally but I had a dentist appointment afterwards that I literally had to run to!

He was unable to determine the cause of the dishwasher, that was overflowing, with certainty but he suspected it was the engine. He said he had one in the office and that he would come out and replace it as soon as his scheduled allowed. A staff member then called a few days later, who turned out to be his wife, and setup an appointment for the 22nd. I was happy that I would have a working dishwasher with Thanksgiving a few days away....

The 22nd came and but no Dan in sight. After the two hour window I called the office, the wife answered and recognize me and my appointment and told me that Dan was stuck in Eugene, I live in Portland... After a few calls between me, her and Dan they told me that they had no clue about my service call. They claimed they just had staff that left and that they had no paperwork of me, but they had a part with my name on it... That I wasn't even on their schedule... Remember now that I mentioned earlier that the wife knew who I was when I first called.... Dan then said that he had no idea what caused the dishwasher to overflow and that he had to research it and get back to me, a week later and no one has attempted to call me.

They did let it slip during these conversations that I was one among many with lost paperwork and unrealized appointments!

I have called Viking and the place it was purchased and notified them as well. I would give them NO star if it was possible. There are other authorized service companies in Portland contact Viking before considering this company and you will save yourselves from a lot of time wasted and frustration.

Broke Jenn Aire Range door was repaired by Libor at Dans. Because it was a Home warranty claim, it took a few weeks to get the appropriate parts. Hannah was very helpful in coordinating this. Libor did an outstanding job in diagnosing and repairing the door. Because we had been without an oven for 4 weeks, he came out at the end of his work day (at 5:30 pm) and worked on it until it was completed. How often do you get a service person that will cut into their personal time to help. Very professional. I would highly recommend him!

I would highly recommend Dan's Superior Service. I have a Viking gas range that was installed 3 months ago and the glass in the oven door broke due to defect in manufacturing.



Jennifer from Dan's called me the same day and to confirm the broken part. As it turns out, they had it in stock and the repair was completed within a business day.



Tim was the technician, and he was fantastic, taking the time to show me a few things about the stove that I was not aware of. By far the best experience that I have ever had with a repair group. I will recommend them to everyone. Friendly, professional, clean up after the repair was completed and they communicated with me in a very timely manner. Thank you Tim and Jennifer.

I would highly recommend these guys. Their customer service is amazing and the technician that they sent out was very professional and knowledgeable. They came out due to three failed attempts from Cole's Appliance over a 3 week period. Dan's did troubleshooting in the morning, got the parts that afternoon and had my dryer back together that evening. Amazing!!
