I will tell a familiar story - my spa runs for many years and then one day it doens't. What to you do. The net is full of repair guys but can you trust them? I ended up asking a neighbor who they used and they gave me Don's name and contract info. That was about 5 years ago, and 5 repairs ago. I am so happy with this company (really just Don) that I would never use anyone else. I now pass along his name to my other friends who own spas. Don is what I call "old school" trustworthy. A businessman who owns his own company and gives customer service like everyone is family. Fair prices and knows his stuff. I have to rate him down a little for promptness only because he is so busy with his regular customers that he can't always get to you in a day or two. But, I'm telling you - he is worht waiting for. He just left my house again today and this review is long overdue. If you need a "old timer" spa repair guy who's you can trust, is honest, and nice - Don is the guy!

I have been using Don at Dependable Pool and Spa for what seems like forever but is actually over 15 years. He has worked on my hydraulic pool cover, everything to do with my pool and my hot tub. If it isnt working I call Don. His knowledge and honesty are above anyone in the area. I would seriously recommend him to anyone.

Don has been out to repair my hot tub twice in 5 years. I love that I can trust him to come and go and get the work done. I have never met the man, only spoken with him on the phone, because I'm at work when he works. He calls to keep me posted on the job and costs. He leaves his (very reasonable and detailed) invoice at my doorstep. So easy, and efficient!

I have used Don several times for repairing my hot tub, and have always felt like his recommendations are sincere and honest. He has provided troubleshooting over the phone to save me any unnecessary diagnostic "trip fees", which I am grateful for. Dependable Pool & Spa Service is an appropriate name for this business.

Wow, I sure am glad to have Don Kurtzbein's number! He's a straightshooter and really knows his stuff. Was really helpful and got my equipment working the way he expects, which exceeded my expectations. Will certainly call him again!

Not nice people to work with. Because the web site was wrong and said they were open 24 hrs. I called at 6:30 in the morning. I know it was early but I thought with the web site saying they were open that that ment I could call them. She hung up on me when I asked her a question because it was too early in the morning.
