Progressive scheduled my car due to accident, not only did they try to upsell me into a more expensive car eluding that Progressive only pays for cheap cars. The salesperson Mandy put a hold on my debit card for $200 more than required. When I phoned back immediately she said she would fix it then 3 days later still not fixed I got ahold of the Manager after talking to Mandy twice and finally got the entire hold reversed. The car was dirty when I picked it up no one gave me the time of day to show me how to operate it in anyway. When I returned it a week later I had washed it inside/out and thought I emptied it - left my garage opener called immediately no one called back, my husband stopped by next business day they were open said they showed him a box of openers he could dig through - ours was not there and the car was checked out. Horrible experience, horrible customer service and follow up. I wont go to this lot again!!!
