I had an appointment today (10/18/2014). I arrived on time and spoke to the person at the front desk that I had an appointment with Nancy. I then sat and waited 15 minutes beyond my appointment. I then inquired at the front desk, "Is Nancy running behind schedule today?" The person at the front desk spoke to Nancy and asked for me to see Nancy, who started to argue with me that my appointment was next week and started to snickered at me, until I had shown her the appointment card that she gave me weeks prior which in fact did indicate that my appointment was for today and I was correct. At this point it appeared Nancy was embarrassed and started making excuses rather than apologizing and fixing the issues at hand right then and there! Is this what I call being professional????
