Don't expect good service from this company. They lied to me and said I needed to purchase a new set of equipment. They will tell you if you're not saving money, you can cancel the service but what they don't tell you is about the surprise fees you'll get for canceling. Like $2000 for equipment I didn't need to get. Reps are rude and combative.

They charged me $200 in idle account fees AFTER I cancelled my account in writing. They now say they lost my cancellation letter. amazing.



$200 is no chump change for me.



If you are considering doing business with these guys....nevermind. Just don't do it. Don't sign up with them. There are too many good CC processors out there.

I recently opened a restaurant and they were able to save me almost $100 a month. Every bit helps especially when you're just starting out. Thanks guys.

I switched from my bank after 5 years to Expect, everything seems to be the same but now im spending quite a bit less for better service. really happy with the rates and would suggest to any business owner.

You need to run away - they show you how you are going to save money.

They even garrantee it BUT when the bills come they are higher and they refuse to let you out of contracts. I will end up taking them to court just to get out.. The cost arent just a little higher they are a lot. This company has the poorest service I have ever seem. They fall under my catagory as crooks
