I beg to differ. I have been going to Four Seasons for years now. Alex and Sarita have always treated me with respect and have done a great job on my vehicles. They treat me like I am family no matter which of there shops I go to. They always take the time to explain what they've done on my cars and give good advise on ways to take better care of my car. I know of instances where they have even stayed open way past their business hours to help out their customers! If you have unrealistic expectations, then yeah this might not be the shop for you. But if you need a place to go and depend on, then Four Seasons Auto is your place! I think they have been open and going for something around 15 years now, that's pretty amazing for a mom and pop place if you ask me!

If i could give it a Zero star I would. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They misrepresented themselves and the work they could do on my car. 6 months later having to deal with them again and pay out again is unacceptable. Come to find out if they had done just a little google research they could have fixed it the first time. Its not worth the time or headache.

This place told me an hour for an oil change and tire rotation and 2 hours later they were still waiting for a wiper blade and air filter. My oil change turned into a 200+ $ fiasco. Never coming back to this place.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. My fiance made the mistake of taking our Chevy there and it was a terrible experience. The truck was dying after being started so we took it in and were told it was the fuel pump. We paid 700 some odd dollars to have the fuel pump replaced and when we picked up the truck it died right after we started it! We went back inside and told them it was still doing the same thing and the guy wen out and started it and came back in and claimed "no it isn't"...so we went out to the truck with him and it did it again. He totally lied to us and continued to try and say the truck was "cold." The mechanic then changed his story and said it figured out what was really wrong with the truck and that they'd fix it. They "fixed it" but yet our truck has continued to have the very same problem. IN FACT, right after we brought it home the power steering began leaking the next day! WTH? I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE EVER. I am a strong believer in good business practices and I will gladly pay for good service provided but this place is TERRIBLE. After talking to other people they have all said DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. NEVER HAVE I EVER WISHED A BUSINESS WOULD FAIL, BUT YET I FEEL THIS WAY ABOUT THIS PLACE. You will spend so much money and nothing will get fixed!
