I've been going to this office for over 7 years. I see Colleen for my cleanings and she is very sweet and does a great job. The office always calls my insurance ahead of time to make sure all co-payments have been met and then they're able to tell me what my out-of-pocket expense has been like. I had to bring by baby in with me one time and she was able to do the cleaning while I held my baby. We obviously did not do xrays that time...we just scheduled it for another time that was more convenient. My children have gone to see Dr. Forman who has since retired. But they are old enough now where they can see Colleen also.

I had to join this site souly to write a review about how horrible this business is and warn others. First of all I still have not recieved my cleaning ( this was the main reason for setting the apt). I went to two different gentle dental offices one in vancouver and one in battleground. Vancouver's service was awful, we prearranged are apt and told them we had a newborn to bring with us. They had told us it was no problem and they would take us one at a time. After waiting in the lobby for over an hour just to get in, they insisted on bringing both my husband and myself in and to bring are newborn daughter in where they were taking xrays. We obviously refused and were given very smart remarks from the staff. At this same apt there were a couple of the office staff arguing in plane site and openly loud for all to hear. After 3 long hours with a 4 weeks old I still had not had my cleaning and they told me they needed to reschedule. At the next apt( a diff office, Battleground) I still did not recieve my cleaning. They checked my gums all of which took about 15 min. They wanted to reschedule me for a 3rd time which I canceled and told them I found a new place. To top it all off I still get phone calls on my answering machine from them telling me its time for my cleaning. hmmm go figure! They also called several times to confirm each apt as if the staff does NOT communicate to one another or they do not have a great system in place for who they have and have not called. Awful experience, we have found a new place and I wanted to get the word out not to waste your time or money.
