Another example of improper work!



We purchased the model home in a Hendrickson Homes neighborhood five years ago. We recently found water damage and mold in the wall of the front room. It turns out that flashing was not installed on the outside of the home under the rock facade at the time the house was built. Moisture had been seeping in since Day 1. We had the damage repaired. Our insurance covered most of the costs.



We called Hendrickson Homes to discuss the damage and to see if they wanted to look at other houses in the neighborhood. They didn't even have the courtesy to return a phone call. We are very disappointed in their customer service and willingness to stand behind their product. We would not purchase a home from them again.
