Wow where to begin. This place looks nice and seems wonderful but don't let the nice staff lead you astray. My wife and I moved into the Apartment and everything was decent. There was damage to the apartment that we noted and the smoke detector and the laundry room fan were detached. Then when the night came the people above us were so loud it was almost impossible to think. We told the office and they told us to call it in. We did and nothing really happened. Then when we went to move out it got worse, the office was helpful, but they suckered us into a 6 month lease when I knew we should have taken a 5 month lease. The kicker though was when we went to get our security deposit back. They racked up an imaginary bill of $300 on top of the $300 we gave them. We told them to look at the paperwork and sure enough we marked down a lot of the stuff. Then they started getting real picking a spot on the dishwasher, didn't take the toilet paper rolls with us, some lent on the ground and the best for last, the front door doormat was dirty (it was outside because that is where it should be). They reduced the charges down to $187, but still that is sad if they need to resort to small things to get $187 from people on top of the $300 deposit. Ridiculous !!! save your money and find a better place because this place is crazy.

Nice looking apartments but horrible management. The rent is very expensive and they increase it every year. Water isn't even included in the rent. I was paying $925 a month for 1 bdr apartment (I might as well move to NYC!). And guess what, once your lease is up you will either have to renew for another year or pay extra $200 a month in fees.



My advice is save your money and look for another place to live. I was happy to move out even thought they didn't return anything from my deposit. I was expecting something back considering I left the apartment in a very good shape. Glad its over...

Overpriced apartments with paper-thinn walls, infested with bugs, horrible management, and nothing working!!!
