The staff at iLoveKickboxing Vancouver/Camas is great! They are always motivating and push us to do our best! I love that ILKB is instructor led. Going to the gym on my own, I always have a hard time figuring out workouts to do. I love that ILKB instructors have a workout list that changes each class. They show you how to do the workout during the warmup, then help if you need modifications. Love that the bag rounds are different each time as well! Perfect way to relieve stress after a long day at work!
