The gentleman who did the work was quick, thuro and answered any questions I had. He also explained a couple of things which he had to do which was not part of the original contract, at no extra cost to me.

The work required hooking up the condo Hot Tub... Mr. Electric up graded the electrical installation and notified the city(pdx) that an inspection was due. Your electrician informed me of the cost for the inspection and what to expect... The Inspector arrived at the site on time. He was impressed with the electrical updates and accepted all work... we passed with flying colors... thanks Mr. E !Portland

Great customer service. Friendly, professional, stand behind their work. Nice personalities. No price gouging. Honest and fair. Do not charge you if they come out for the same service.

Came back after a trip and my power had been out for 3-4 days. The next morning I called Mr. Electric and was told someone could be there between 3 an 5 PM. Then, later in the morning I received another call and was told they could be there by 10:15 AM. By 11 am I had my furnace going and some lights. PGE came an hour later, after Daryl called them, and gave me full power.Additional work needs to be done by PGE but I am warm and happy again, Thank you Mr. Electric.

I called Mr Electric last week to resolve a problem with a certain set of ceiling kitchen lights stopped working. They sent over a tech who couldn't immediately identify why the power wasn't getting to the switch. Today the Tech came back with his supervisor and within an hour had discovered the source of the problem, and fixed it. They both then did a courtesy check for my wife around the house and identified a bathroom ceiling fan that needed replacing. My wife was very happy with Mr Electric's service and price. The price didn't change, no extra fee for coming out a 2nd time.
