There are many people residing under 55 years of age. THE MAINTENANCE MANAGER RESIDES WITH TWO CHILDREN. Not the place for Seniors to retire in. There are holes in the road, disturbing noises allowed and yards in disarray. Do yourself a favor retire some place else.
