Avoid at all costs.

These apartments have terrible security with any new car to the area being broken into the first night it stays over. The Owner REFUSES to upgrade security in known bad spots on the property.

Multiple friends and neighbors have reported these consistent break-ins for YEARS without any steps to resolving besides "we will up security patrols." I cant finish a lease without having a new manager to explain my housing situation to. Not to mention that all the paperwork screw-ups that come out of the woodwork every damn year with the new manager too. Instead of being understanding and approachable, the manager is condescending, rude, interrupts and unhelpful. Coming to her with a concern is a flat out waste of time as she will simply make it your fault and offer no resolution besides finding a new home. It is as if she enjoys frustrating and being unhelpful to the tenants. No social skills, not sure how she got the job.

Maintenance is fantastic, however hamstrung by management. These outages occur pretty often as the maintenance and management team has decided that if the appliance can work at even 1% efficiency it is not to be replaced. So if they aren't replacing CLEARLY busted appliances, what else aren't they replacing? When we moved to a different unit, none of the lights were replaced, we weren't sure if the filters for the taps were replaced, the water for our washer was DISCONNECTED in the back and flooded our apartment, something that happened to our neighbors at the same time they moved in too. This amounts to multiple loads of dishes because it doesn't clean and multiple loads of laundry with inefficient appliances that take 3 runs at the longest time setting to dry 4 towels and some shirts.

Absolutely avoid this pit at all costs. Seriously, its right next to a homeless shelter, go there instead.
