I used to work for oil can henrys but this is a none biased review an I never worked at this location. my wife and I bought another jeep and she figured she would take it in. she knew the order everythingshould be in and knows how it goes. she told me it was miserable so I decided to watch our gopro that goes in all our vehicles and it was recording during. I have 2 words PRESSURE SELLS! I mean there was a lot of pressure on the employees to run a 74.99 $ average per vehicle and ive heard its gotten worse and worse from current workers. but this was ridiculous and it was not just 1 person it was multiple. I understand people can have bad days but when multiple people are involved. not good... I had her send me a picture of the gearboxcard for a xj they looked excellent the rear diff and t case still looked new and the front diff was almost ready to be changed. this kid word for word told her 'I would not drive this with these looking like this it could cause the clutches in the differentials to fail any minute' jokes on you bud rear diff has no clutches its a spool lol. air filter was just replaced 5 minutes before she got there guys pulled it out and bam instantly covered in grease and oil funny how that happenswhen your gloves are covered in filth. he joking says 'can we at least replace this?' and after everything was finally done she asked twice if fluids were checked toped off and tires were checked kid says yes. nope windowdidnt even get washed. she came home which is only 2 miles. transmissionwas low. window wash empty. coolant low. air filter housing hanging on by one clip and the filter was not in properly. so I nor the 30 + vehicles our familys bring in will not be going anymore. I am in no way shape or form saying do not go to oil can henrys what I am doing is giving yiubour personal experience. there was another issue at another location a few months ago that I let go as well.
