I have been member at Palm beach tan since it was Pacific Beach tan, and I think it has improved so much!!!!! There is no CAR salesmen like attitude anymore! I froze my account and I was able to tan till the end of the month then I unfroze it like a few months later and have not had any issues at all! I do my research when I am signing a "contract" and They do not lock you in so I can cancel at anytime, and still be able to tan till the end of the month! People should really get their information right before posting reviews because you can do what you want with the membership you just have to let them know by the 25th so they can make the changes for the billing cycle. They did a good job at explaining it to me and I am happy! I get great color from their beds and I love that I can tan in Vancouver and Portland! I suggest you go to a location and at least try it out and see for your self because everyone will always have their own opinion. But I LOVE it there highly recommend it!
