Amazing service and great people! They also have awesome deals that come onto their website every month which I have used.

Negative experience. We had bot a pre-owned trailer and brought it in for a paid check over. We mentioned we were having issues with a particular utility and they were going to check it out. Long story short they overlooked what was a very obvious fix for an experienced RV repair facility. We didn't discover the cause of the problem until weeks later and we were forced to bring it in to another facility which quickly pointed it out. When we called RV Pro to complain and tell them what we discovered, they gave us a very rude response and excuse.



On another occasion, we had scheduled for work to be done which they said would take part of a day. Then, when we arrived on the date of the appointment, they then told us we had to leave the RV for several days. What they do is stack and rack RV repair jobs and fob off the people who don't complain. I'm a small business owner myself, and I wouldn't pull this kind of nonsense. Very poor communication between their staff and follow-up; we won't be back.

I would not recommend this place to anyone if they want there trailer back in a timely fashion. We took our trailer here for a simple repair and it took them 8 weeks to repair it. We had to cancel 2 camping trips because they did not get our trailer finished when they said they would. They have horrible customer service and a very bad lack of communication. We would have to call to find out what was going on with our trailer. I would do your research before you ever take anything here. I would not want anyone to go through what we did.

We took our 77 Argosy in for a paint job and some repairs and were blown away by the work. Their painter Chad goes far beyond the call of duty and loves his work. They are the most professional folks we have used yet and we really enyoyed working with them.

We were preparing to leave for a mini vacation when the leveling system of our 30' winnebago began acting up. I called rv pro and talked to Rick (owner). I told him we were just getting ready to leave. Rick told me they were really busy but he would try to squeeze us in. I drove to the shop, Rick had a tech look at the problem, and we were on the road an hour later! Vacation saved! I've used rv pro to service our coach almost exclusively and have always been treated fairly and been happy with the service I've received. I trust the folks at rv pro completely.

i took my truck to rv pro to have a fifth wheel hitch, brake control and wiring for our fifth wheel. after the job was done we drove 80 miles to pick up our fifth wheel. when we tested the brake lights, it kept blowing fuses. the person i bought the fifth wheel from tested the wiring and found it was wired improperly , so we drove 80 miles back to rv pros to get it fixed. they worked on it and said it was fixed. so we drove 80 miles back to get our fifth wheel and when plugged in, it kept blowing fuses on the truck. so we called rv pro to send someone to fix it and said the owner would call us back. he never did. we ended up using someone else to rewire it. bad work, bad service

These people are the worst imagineable RV service people I have ever dealt with. They had my RV for a week, did NOTHING to it for the entire week except to keep calling me and telling me that everything wqas going to cost me a lot more than they thought. They told me it would take 7 days to complete everything. After 7 days I called them and they said nothing had even orderred and that the awning would take 10 days to get. They ruined my vacation (took vacation without being able to make repairs) they screwed up my insurance claim by raising the price after they got OK from insuranced company. Every time you call or they call you end up talking with a different person. They always ask "who told you that?" No use getting anything from them in writing because they just say "that's was only an estimate" No use asking them any questions because they don't tell the truth. I could go on and on here but at some point it just becomes so much blah blah blah so just suffice to say that I am 62 y

They stuck to their word: "Our Work is Guaranteed to Be Done Right!" And if not the first time - they made it right!!!

Very honest down to earth people!

Over the past several years I have gone to numberous repair centers and have never been service with such excellance!
