Redwood Acres offers sizable one and two bedroom apartments in a beautiful community at affordable prices. Prices range from $1025-$1375. Subject to change. One bedroom, one bath apartments include full size washer and dryers, dishwasher, garbage disposals, and spacious gourmet style kitchens with breakfast bars that over look into the living rooms. Additionally, we offer ample storage with built in shelving in the walls. The large bedrooms feature walk in closest. You get all that and more with a spacious two bedroom, two bath. These units also include private patios with additional storage closets. Redwood Acres has lots of beautiful landscaping through out the property and is located near Vancouver Mall.

The office staff is very pleasant, but pleasantries do not fix my apartment. After two years they still did not fix things, when I moved out they attempted to charge me for it. Please do not Live here!

I have lived here since February 2013 and it has been really good. The office staff is great and they make you feel like you are important. I understand that they are new so maybe it's because of the change things are better. The apartment is great. I renewed for another year. I highly recommend it!

Don't live here! We lived ther...

Don't live here! We lived there for 4 years and the place went down hill in that time. They will nickle and dime you for every little spot, even though they said nail holes were okay (for example). they will charge you for their inabilities to clean the place before you move in and accuse you of having pets even though you didn't, and they never saw signs of them during their annual inspections!

Don't move here. You will be constantly sick from the mold and constantly angry at how incompetent the management staff is. They don't trust you and make you wear a bracelet just to use the swimming pool. If you think you can bring a guest to swim, think again. They will kick them out without hesitation. This place should be condemned immediately.

I wouldn't live here again if you paid me. Even if I could look past the horrible management staff, I couldn't look past the mold issues. If you've seen Stephen King's Creepshow and know who Jordy Verrill is, you'll know what I mean. My kids were constantly sick from the mold. Please don't move here.

There should be an option for ...

There should be an option for a half star or less. This place is covered in mold. There is a lot of water damage. When you move out, good luck getting your deposit. They will charge you for the mold issues and water damage from apartments above you. Everything is their fault but you will pay for it all. This is a very unpleasant place to live. The management is incompetent and claim to have been in the business for years. This is laughable. Find another place to live.
