I recently found myself in a financial mess. I wasn’t sure what my options were or frankly, where to start. I called Mr. Russell’s office and made an appointment. When I arrived, everyone in the office was very kind. Throughout the process, Mr. Russell and his assistant were very reassuring and helpful. It was such a relief to put my financial troubles into someone else’s very competent hands! Mr. Russell and his staff are caring and knowledgeable, and really helped me through a very difficult situation. I would highly recommend their services.

I called around asking if anyone knew what is best to negotiate a loan modification or file for bankruptcy- all five I called said the same thing- they would do a bankruptcy then I could modify my own... clearly not the path I was looking for. When I called The law office of Robert Russell I was told they have a whole department for loan modification and short sale assistance. I spoke with the operations manager Kathleen Jamal- she really took time to educate me on all the options. I set up an intake with her and we formulated a plan- not the best news but definitely answered all my questions. I then met with the attorney who offered ANOTHER free intake to formulate the bankruptcy plan into the modification- it was very confusing but these guys know their stuff. I found my modification fee to be very affordable and there was no reason to even file for a bankruptcy. I have been referring everyone I know over to them that is in the beginning stages of a default.
